These Terms of Service govern the conditions and procedures for using the MesseMate service provided by Liberatio International.
2. Nature of Service & Disclaimer (Important)
MesseMate is an independent data analysis tool and has NO affiliation or partnership with Messe Frankfurt GmbH (organizer of Ambiente) or Amazon.com, Inc.
Accuracy of Information: Amazon Ranking (BSR), price, and margin analysis data provided by the service are estimates based on the Rainforest API and may differ from actual market conditions.
Limitation of Liability: The user is solely responsible for all business decisions (contracts, purchasing, etc.) made based on information obtained through this service.
3. Prohibited Activities
Users may not engage in unauthorized mass reproduction or resale of data obtained through the Service.
4. Paid Services & Refunds
Payment conditions for report purchases follow separate guidelines. Due to the nature of digital content, refunds may be restricted once data provision has been completed.
