Please be advised that the data reports and analytics provided by MesseMate are digital products that grant immediate access to proprietary information. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable once the data has been accessed, viewed, or downloaded.

2. Exceptions

We offer refunds under the following specific circumstances:

• Technical Failure: If the report fails to generate or cannot be accessed due to a system error on our end.
• Duplicate Charge: If you were charged multiple times for a single transaction.
• Defective Service/Data: If the service is inaccessible or the data integrity is compromised due to critical bugs.
